About
A free overnight art festival that turns the Yuanshan area into a one-night museum, October 31 into the early hours of November 1.
Nuit Blanche Taipei is a free, citizen-participation art festival that runs overnight, turning city blocks into a one-night open-air gallery. The 2026 edition is on October 31 – November 1, from 2:00 PM until 2:00 AM.
- Where: Yuanshan Nature Park, Expo Park, and the neighborhood stretching from Tatung University to the Qingguang market district.
- What: More than 30 artworks and 50 performances and themed programs under this year's curatorial theme "Night ka shi", linked with the Taipei Digital Art Festival and the Taipei public-art program. Nearby shops, hotels and art spaces add late hours and special menus.
- Getting there: MRT Yuanshan Station (Tamsui–Xinyi Line) is about a 5-minute walk to the Expo Park main area; Zhongshan Elementary School Station (Zhonghe–Xinlu Line) leads to the Qingguang area. Driving is discouraged because of road controls. Late-night MRT extensions are announced on the official site.
- Heads-up: It falls on the same day as Taiwan LGBT+ Pride and Halloween, so expect big crowds.
