Taipei's family-friendly Halloween festival in Tianmu: trick-or-treating, costumes and parades on October 24.
The Tianmu Halloween Festival (天母搞什麼鬼) is Taipei's best-known family-oriented Halloween event. The 18th edition's main activities are on Saturday, October 24, 2026, centered on the Tianmu shopping district and Tianmu Sports Park, with trick-or-treating at participating shops and costume fun for kids.
A warm-up begins the evening before, Friday, October 23 at 7:00 PM, with a costumed "night parade" that sets off from Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Tianmu and follows Zhongcheng Road Section 2.
Schedules and participating shops are announced by the Tianmu business district organizers.
